Monticello - St. George
The Plateau Passage is a challenging bikepacking trip from Las Vegas to Durango. It is split into 6 segments. After finishing the Colorado Trail in Durango (and running out of time) we decided to skip two segments and therefore ended up riding segment 4, 3 and 2 from Monticello to St. George. To save time we took the Road Runner from Durango to Cortez and rode Highway 491 to Monticello. For detailed information on the Plateau Passage check out bikepackingroots.org.
